With trails, activity sheets, competitions, craft events and children’s workshops during school holidays, there’s lots for the whole family to enjoy when you visit our museum. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn more about the New Forest, its people, traditions and unique history.
We are a small, free-to-enter museum with a lovely on-site café and gift shop where you can choose to extend your visit. Whether you are a local resident or holidaying in the New Forest, there’s always lots to discover about this unique part of southern England.
We are a self-funded museum and educational charity and rely on donations from our visitors to help us continue our work.
