The New Forest Heritage Centre has two fully accessible rooms available for hire. Please contact the Centre by phone on 023 8028 6151 or by email at email@example.com to check availability and allow at least 5 working days before your event.
This ground floor space is a designated exhibition and lecture theatre which hosts an all year round programme of temporary exhibitions. It can also be used as a venue for schools and families workshops.
The gallery can be set-up to seat up to 16 people boardroom style or 40 people theatre style and has a large projector screen.
Barker-Mill Field Studies Room
This 1st floor room provides a meeting space for smaller groups and activities. It can comfortably seat 12 people boardroom style or 25 theatre style with scope for adapting the layout to suit different activities. The room has a work bench with illuminated electric magnifiers, a white board, black-out blinds, a wipe clean floor and a sink. A lift provides access to users with mobility problems, including wheelchair users, and there is an accessible toilet adjacent to the room.

Please note that there is no VAT chargeable for room hire.
Hot and cold drinks and snacks can be arranged through our café at an additional cost. For a menu and more information, please click here. If you would like to organise refreshments, please advise us of this at the time of booking.
For bookings made out of hours, tea and coffee making facilities can be provided at a rate of £6 per hour.
